<\/span><\/span><\/a><\/span><\/span><\/a><\/div><\/div>[\/vc_column][vc_column width=”1\/2″][vc_empty_space hide_on_desktop=”” hide_on_notebook=”” hide_on_tablet=”” hide_on_mobile=””][vc_column_text]For more than 20 years Andreas Ellenberger<\/a> has been intensively involved in projects and sustainable project management. In 2013 he founded proSense Consulting to bring sustainable projects to life.<\/p>\r\n

After studying business administration, he initially worked as a consultant and project manager in project and program offices, ensuring that projects and programs were integrated into the client’s day-to-day business in a sustainable manner. As a department manager of a financial services company, he ensured that colleagues at several European locations were able to work smoothly with the IT systems and that these were continuously developed further. Since 2009, he has been passing on his experience in training sessions and workshops – as an accredited PRINCE2\u00ae Trainer, he has given participants a better understanding of the approach to project work. He is conducting interactive training sessions in German, English and Spanish in several countries around the world, and not only after the COVID-19 crisis online as well. Parallel to that he has been working to establish Circular Economy, one key project being a EU project funded by Horizon2020 to establish circular solutions for sporting goods<\/a>.<\/p>\r\n

His focus is always on enabling the application in the respective own environment already during the training. In several companies (system houses, IT vendors, food and retail groups) he has advised and participated in the implementation of sustainable structures for project and portfolio management. Whether it is about agile working methods e.g. based on Scrum, procedures according to PRINCE2, skills analogous to GPM\/IPMA or PMI – it is important that the respective structure fits the company and that the employees are involved in a change project. In the process, the customer’s employees essentially develop the solutions themselves.\u00a0<\/p>\r\n

While professionally developing project management skills, he developed sustainable ideas as a member of the organization JCI, <\/a>a worldwide network of active citizens providing positive change. After motivating a local team to host a carbon neutral conference, he became the Project Manager for the first carbon neutral JCI World Congress in Leipzig 2014. It hosted a 1 week program with topics around sustainability for 4.500 persons. In Frankfurt, he co-founded and led the group of the Cradle to Cradle NGO<\/a> and started the World Cleanup Day<\/a> initiative in Frankfurt. Moving to Vienna in 2018, he became one of the organziers of the Circular Economy Club<\/a> and is an active member of the regional group of the Economy for the Common Good<\/a>.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row]<\/p>\r\n\r\n
